Reflection: Mary’s stillness invites us to ponder her profound faith in God’s eternal word: “Let it be done to me according to your word” (Luke 1:38). Mary’s “yes” to God fulfilled the ancient promises of Scripture, reminding us that his words endure forever.

We are called to trust in God’s promises as Mary did. When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, we can anchor ourselves in his eternal word, knowing it is unshakable. Listen to the God who speaks to you personally. Like Mary, may we embrace his word with trust, for the One who promised is faithful, and his love endures forever.
