🕊️ Resting in SILENCE: discovering peace in God’s presence

Do you ever notice how much noise fills your days—not just the external noise of conversations, notifications, and daily busyness, but the internal noise, too. Our minds race with to-do lists, worries, and endless distractions. And yet, in the moments when we pause, we can realize how much our souls crave silence.

Silence isn’t just the absence of sound—it’s a space where we meet God. When we quiet our hearts, we create room to hear his voice, to rest in his presence, and to be renewed by his peace.

This week, let’s reflect together on the gift of silence. Below I’m sharing a playlist to accompany your quiet moments of prayer and reflection, a warm cup of tea to soothe and your soul, and a digital silence challenge to create more quiet in your days. Are you up for it? What might God be waiting to reveal when we simply listen?

PS: Don’t forget that I’ll be live Wednesday night (04/02) at 7:30 pm ET with my dear friend
