How tired are you? Exhaustion is a common problem for women. If you feel like a walking zombie, the good news is that God wants better for you than that! We take inspiration from Matthew 11:28:

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

I share some ideas for addressing perpetual exhaustion along with some ways to cope when you are feeling tired.
